Decolonizing, Wellness, Spirituality & Birthing the new Earth - Conversation with Dra. Rocío Rosales Meza (Part 1)

In this episode, I had the great honour to talk to Dra. Rocío Rosales Meza, who is a Xicana/Mexicana Seer, initiated medicine woman, Counseling Psychology Ph.D., on the Ñusta Paqo path in the Q’ero Inca lineage. She is also a spiritual guide, teacher, speaker, and writer.

This episode is a journey, heavy in parts and light in parts, as we traverse the depths and layers of decolonizing, wellness, spirituality, and birthing the new Earth. It is an episode to receive through your heart. Colonialism is a heavy topic with many layers and veils to be lifted. It is also crucial medicine for all of us, especially those on a spiritual path (particularly those working in the spiritual field).

My wish is that this episode helps contribute to the shadow work that is needed if we are to, as Dra. Rocío put it 'survive as a species'. If we can trust our ability to do the deep and heavy work, we will also receive true medicine and birth the new Earth, united.

I am deeply grateful for Dra. Rocío's time, love, wisdom, and medicine shared on the podcast (and beyond). I encourage those of you listening to follow her on social media, check out her offerings, and support her on Patreon if you are benefitting from her work and if called to study under her. This my friends is perhaps the most important conversation I ever had and I cannot wait to share it with you. It is powerful medicine and I wish that you receive it in your heart, keep an open mind and share it with your community.

With love,
Tessa
