Interview with Clare Pooley: New York Times Best Selling Author on Grey Area Drinking & Choosing Sobriety

In this episode I had the absolute pleasure to chat with the amazing Clare Pooley about grey area drinking, her journey with sobriety and why choosing not to drink is a beautiful path.

We discuss the problems with alcohol in our society, how to check in with yourself to see if alcohol is perhaps becoming more of a foe than a friend in your life, and much more.

Clare's journey and her wish to destigmatize alcohol dependence led to a memoir: The Sober Diaries. Clare's debut novel 'The Authenticity Project' is a New York Times best seller.

We talk about Clare's personal experience and what she has learned over the last decade since quitting the booze.

This is a topic close to my heart and it is my wish that this episode truly helps change lives for the better.

With love,
Tessa
